Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Alkhal Delivery Customer account and associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete from the app

1. Open the Alkhal Delivery Customer app and log in.
2. Go to Profile → Account Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account, enter your password to confirm, and submit.

Your account is deleted immediately once confirmed.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from your account's registered email address and we will delete your account within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, and password.
• Saved delivery addresses and payment methods.
• Your account will no longer be accessible or recoverable.

What we retain

We retain completed order records (order history, transaction and invoice data) for a period as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations, even after account deletion. This data is retained solely for compliance and is not used for any other purpose.
